Green Power Solar Heat Tubes

 

     

 

A copper tube protrudes from the vacuum glass tubes. This contains water at an under pressure of 10 - 7 Bar. This means that the boiling point of the fluid is around 20º C. The vapor / steam rises. The sealed tube emits its heat to the circulation water with Glycol (anti-freeze solution), which is then pumped at a maximum of 6 bar into the circulation system. All copper tubes that protrude from the vacuum tubes (e.g. 16 in any one collector) are switched on in parallel.

 

 

 

 

Durch Fluss (DF)
 
  • Can be positioned at any angle (to horizontal) (e.g. on a balcony railing)
  • Can be custom-made in modules of 6 tubes, with each tube
  • simultaneously positioned with the collector. The angle specified may be, for example, + or – 30°
  • After installation, the water circulation circuit is set at 12 Bar
 
How the DF works:
 
The DF vacuum tubes are switched on in series in the module. The water circulation connection (max. 10 Bar) is connected to the complete module. The water circulated with Glycol (anti-freeze solution) is fed through all the tubes and is heated.
